DOGBONE MEADOW OPEN! (YAY!)
On June 5, Marin County Health and Human Services released new guidelines allowing dog parks within the county to reopen.
Novato’s Dogbone Meadow Dog Park has reopened. All visitors must comply with County of Marin guidelines regarding social distancing and face coverings. Additionally, the following restrictions are currently in place to help limit the spread of COVID-19:
Interactions with dogs outside of your own household must be limited.
Water fountains, benches and other high-touch areas within the dog park remain off limits.

Dogbone Meadow (see map below for location) is the largest fully-fenced dog park in Marin County. It is a safe place for dog owners to bring their dogs for exercise. Dog owners can walk or jog around the track inside the park (5 times equals 1 mile). It's a cool place to bring a dog.
Friends of Dogbone Meadow is the non-profit support group formed to help maintain and improve the dog park. Since its formation, we have donated $10,000 to the City of Novato to help defray the maintenance costs and help build Brian's Place, the gentle play area within Dogbone Meadow.
